Have each guest bring a favorite CD, and schedule plenty of time for dancing. Make a graffiti wall for the girls to leave messages for the birthday girl on. Hang a large piece of white paper on the wall, and supply lots of colored markers. Blow up favorite pictures of the guests, and hang them around the party room. Set up a dress up station with lots of beautiful, elegant choices. Set up a make up station where the girls can get glammed up!
Serve sandwiches cut into hearts or flowers with a cookie cutter. Line a pretty hat box with waxed paper and use it serve chips or popcorn. Use doll accessories as cake toppers. Try purses, shoe and hair brushes.
