How to Create This Delicious Cappuccino Cheesecake Recipe

Cappuccino Cheesecake Crust Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups of finely chopped nuts
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons cutter, melted

Cappuccino Cheesecake Filling Ingredients

  • 32oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tablespoon instant coffee
  • 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup boiling water

Directions

1. Combine nuts, 2 tablespoons sugar, and butter. Then, press onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.

2. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and flour, mixing at a medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended.

3. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well after each addition, then blend in sour cream.

4. Dissolve instant coffee granules and cinnamon in boiling water. Let cool and gradually add to cream cheese mixture. Mix until well blended and pour over crust.

5. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes., then reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees and continue baking for 1 hour.

6. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Make sure to cool before removing rim of pan. Then let the cheesecake chill before serving.

To top
