2 large onions, sliced
3 pound beef roast
1 cup strong coffee
¼ cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
2 bay leaves
1. Place half the onions in a greased slow cooker; top with roast and remaining onions.
2. Add remaining ingredients; cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
3. Remove bay leaves and serve beef and onions on bread. Pour broth over top.
