2 cups finely chopped tomato (about 3 medium)
¼ cup chopped green onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon minced fresh jalapeno pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
Fresh cilantro sprigs (optional)
Fresh jalapeno pepper (optional)


1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.

2. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

3. Serve with no-oil baked tortilla chips (chips not included in analysis).

4. If desired, garnish with cilantro sprigs and a jalapeno pepper.
