Santa Fe Salsa
Yield: 1 ¾ cups
Exchanges per tablespoon: Free
1 cup finely chopped tomato (about 1 large)
½ cup finely chopped purple onion
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 4 ½ ounce can chopped green chiles, untrained
1 large clove garlic, minced
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.
2. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
3. Serve with no-oil baked tortilla chips (chips not included in analysis).
