Easy Pancake Recipe
This is an easy pancake recipe that uses pancake mix and tasty additions like butter and brown sugar. Kids love pancakes, and this recipe is a hit!
Easy Pancake Recipe Brown Sugar Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 box pancake mix
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup pancake syrup
Directions:
1. Mix brown sugar, butter and syrup in pan over low heat until butter is melted.
2. Pour into a 9-inch round pan.
3. Make pancake batter for ten pancakes as directed on pancake mix package. Spoon batter over brown sugar mixture in pan.
3. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes or until top springs back when touched.
4. Remove from oven and invert onto serving plate.
