A quick and easy chicken dinner recipe that can be served with a variety of sides.
1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 Tablespoons purchased pesto sauce
1/2 cup saltine cracker crumbs
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Brush pesto over chicken breast fillets, coating both sides.
3. Coat chicken with cracker crumbs.
4. Bake on non-stick baking sheet for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. Serves 4.
