You Need to Try This Easy Chipotle Red and White Bean Chili Recipe

Multiple beans and peppers mixed with savory sausage make this spicy chili warming in more ways than one! Chili is a great recipe for any time of the year, whether it's hot or cold outside. Chili cook-offs often take place in the summer, but few things beat a nice, warm bowl of chili during the winter.

This chipotle red and white bean chili is a recipe to keep for years to come. It can be made in just two simple steps, making it one of the easiest chili recipes you'll find on the internet. Chili recipes with lots of steps are great for certain occasions, but for the family that wants chili during the week quick recipes like this are a blessing.

We've taken a few steps to make this recipe healthier. First, we're using reduced-fat pork sausage instead of standard pork sausage. Cutting down on the amount of fat in a dish also means cutting down on the calories. We're using reduced-sodium ingredients where applicable, as well.

Consuming too much salt isn't a good idea. Sodium is fine in moderation, but when over-consumed it can cause a multitude of health complications. Finding ways to cut down on the sodium content of your meals is part of living a healthier life. This chili certainly won't be catapulting your sodium levels to concerning highs!
