Quick and Easy Loaded Twisty Tenderloin


1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into ¼ inch strips
1 medium sweet red pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup fresh broccoli florets
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 green onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Tablespoon canola oil
1½ cups water
2 packages (3 ounces each) twisty pork ramen noodles with seasoning
1 Tablespoon minced fresh parsley
2 Tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce


1. In a large frying pan, cook the pork, red pepper, broccoli, mushrooms and onions in oil until meat is no longer pink.

2. Add the water, noodles with contents of seasoning packets, parsley and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.

3. Reduce heat; cook for 3-4 minutes or until noodles are tender.

Makes 4 servings.
