Pork and Snow Pea Stir Fry

Try This Quick and Easy Pork and Snow Pea Stir-Fry Recipe

Have you ever wanted a stir-fry recipe that can be made entirely in the microwave? The idea of a microwaved stir-fry may not sound very appealing. You might worry that the final product will turn out bland and boring. That's definitely not the case with this recipe!

By using a microwave, we're able to make this stir-fry quickly and easily. When you're pressed for time but you need to get a good dinner on the table, this is the recipe you should turn to. It's very filling despite how easy it is.

We recommend serving this stir-fry over hot rice. While the stir-fry cooks in the microwave, you can spend time working on the rice. You can even consider microwaveable rice if you really want to cut down on cooking time and effort!

If you need this stir-fry to be ready as fast as possible, forego the rice in favor of something different. Or, just serve the stir-fry on its own with no side. Contrary to popular belief, not every main course needs a side dish to make a complete meal. We think this stir-fry can stand just fine on its own!
