Seared Pork Chops in Apple Cider

You’ll Enjoy This Easy Apple Cider Pork Roast Recipe

When fall arrives, the grill is put away and the slow cooker comes out. Slow cookers are a great aid to many cooks, since they allow them to make dinner while they're at work or out with family. This slow cooker recipe is extremely easy and equally as delicious.

Apple cider is easy to come by in the autumn. You can either get it at a local apple stand or buy it from the grocery store. Beyond just being a good drink, apple cider is great in the right recipes. This recipe for pork roast gets a lot of its flavor from the apple cider.

Potatoes, carrots, and onion are added in to make this roast a more complete dinner. Potatoes seem to take on a special flavor and texture when they're prepared in the slow cooker. The roast will gain a tenderness that other cooking methods can't provide.

This recipe will need to cook on low for eight hours, making it a perfect recipe to throw together before going off to work. You'll come home to a delicious dinner, ready to serve to your family. Imagine how nice it will be to not have to do any work to prepare dinner after coming home!
