Slow Cooker Apple Butter Ribs

Ingredients:

3- to 4-pounds pork ribs
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup apple butter
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Directions:

1. Rub salt and pepper on ribs.

2. Place ribs in a greased 5-6 quart slow cooker. Cover with onions.

3. Mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl and pour over onions.

4. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
