You’ll Love This Spicy Buffalo Wings Recipe

Buffalo wings are one of the most popular appetizers. Many families order a side of wings with their pizza. They're easy to eat, and they aren't so filling that you'll find yourself too full for the main course. This recipe is great for any event, but it can also work just fine as a side or appetizer for just your family.

Keep in mind that this recipe is intended to be on the spicy side. It isn't ghost pepper hot by any means, but if you're sensitive to spice it will leave your tongue burning. Keep some milk handy! Don't jump to drink water, as it can actually make the spiciness worse. Milk is your best friend!

This recipe may not be suitable for young children. Young children often have a higher sensitivity to spice, so they may find this recipe unpleasant. You can always substitute out the hot pepper sauce and cayenne pepper for milder options, if you want. One of the great things about wings is that they can be adjusted for any palette!

Serve these wings with some bleu cheese for dipping. Ranch can also work if you don't have bleu cheese on hand. Consider doubling this recipe if you're going to be serving it at an event, so that there are enough wings to go around!
