Try This Wonderful Sweet and Sour Baby Back Ribs Recipe

Barbecues are a great time for all. They're a highlight of every family's summer, a time to get together and enjoy great people and great food. Having a few good barbecue recipes to turn to when it's your turn to host is the key to having a successful gathering each and every time.

These sweet and sour baby back ribs are unique enough to turn guests' heads, but classic enough to fit into any barbecue plans. Baby back ribs are among the most popular selections for a barbecue, so having a recipe for them on hand is essential. The prep for this recipe is very simple, meaning the time from counter to grill is minimal.

We recommend using a charcoal grill for this recipe, but it can be made on a gas grill. Adjust the cook time as needed. Remember to monitor your baby back ribs to ensure they don't overcook. At the same time, don't constantly open the lid to check on them! The lid is there to allow the heat to apply evenly to the meat.

If you're serving this recipe for just your family, get together some potato salad and macaroni salad for sides. If you're serving this as the main star of a larger event, have each guest bring their own side dish. This method will allow everyone to participate, and will make it easier on you in the kitchen.
