Flavors of Fudge to Try

This recipe makes basic fudge. It's a great recipe to get down pat, so that you can start experimenting with different flavors. Once you've got the recipe for standard fudge down, try these great fudge flavors:

  • Chocolate. Of course you have to try chocolate fudge first! It's the most popular fudge flavor for a reason.
  • Peanut butter. This is another extremely popular fudge flavor. It's definitely sweet, with a mild nuttiness that really pulls the whole flavor profile together.
  • Cookies and cream. Have an Oreo fan in your life? Then you have to try this fudge flavor! It's sure to delight anyone who loves the classic cookie-and-cream sandwich.
  • Snickerdoodle. Is it the holiday season? If so, you need to try snickerdoodle fudge. Of course, any flavor of fudge will do during the holidays, but picking one that suits the season is best.
  • Gingerbread. Speaking of holiday flavors, did you know that gingerbread fudge exists? Gingerbread isn't just for cookies! If your family is a big fan of that spiced dessert, give gingerbread fudge a try.
  • Chocolate vanilla swirl. This fudge flavor is a callback to this basic fudge recipe! By bringing together two of the most popular fudge flavors, you'll create a delicious treat that everyone will love.
  • Orange creamsicle. Making fudge in the summer? You need to try orange creamsicle! This is the ultimate summer flavor, combining sweet and citrusy flavors together.
  • White chocolate raspberry. Looking for a fudge flavor that's a little on the fancier side? Look no further! White chocolate raspberry fudge maintains the sweetness that everyone loves in fudge, while adding just a hint of savoriness.
  • Chocolate walnut. Once you've got regular chocolate fudge down, give chocolate walnut fudge a try! Similar to how adding nuts into brownies can really elevate them, adding walnuts to chocolate fudge adds a whole new dimension that everyone will love. Give it a try!
