Try This Wonderful Casserole Supper Recipe

Casseroles are a great supper idea because you can make them with any ingredients you want, they are easy to throw together, and they can easily be made with leftovers. There are hundreds of different casserole recipes out there, if not thousands.

In fact, the most difficult thing about making a casserole may be deciding which ingredients you want to include. Well, we have an easy one we recommend which calls for just four simple ingredients and can be prepared in minutes.

Finding easy casserole recipes is the key to making dinner easy. Casseroles are filling and hearty, so they can satisfy your family without a lot of effort. When you have a packed schedule, the last thing you want to do is add something else to do with a difficult dinner.

This recipe, of course, still requires some effort, but at the end of the day it's a lot easier than most dinner recipes out there. Sit back and let this one cook, knowing that you're going to serve your family a nutritious and suitable dinner. They'll probably want seconds and even thirds!

Easy Supper Casserole

The casserole we have here requires ground beef, white rice, French onion soup, and French-fried onion rings.

Start by browning the beef and placing it in a buttered baking dish. The rice can go in uncooked as the addition of the onion soup and water will have it ready by the time you take it out of the oven. Once the dish is baked, sprinkle the onion rings over the top and get ready for a meal your family or guests are sure to enjoy.

This is a great dish because you can make so many variations on it. One option is to add vegetables. Green beans, peppers, and peas will all make the perfect complement to this meal. While onion rings can be bought frozen from the store, you can also make them yourself. This can be done by dipping onions into a mix that consists of flour, baking soda, breadcrumbs, egg, and various seasonings. The coated onions are then cooked to perfection in a deep fryer.

Experimenting with different types of soups, meats, and rice can also change the flavor of the dish making it completely different, but still offering the simplicity of a meal with minimal ingredients and preparation needed.
