5 Ingredient Seafood Recipes

If you look at any article that recommends healthy food dishes, seafood will always be on the top of the list. It is low in fat and cholesterol and high in protein, vitamins and minerals and fatty acids.

Fish is extremely versatile. It can be served as an entry, in salads and in sandwiches. When you consider the fact that there are so many different types of seafood, it is no wonder that you could serve your family seafood every night without having them complain of boredom.
