Country Banana Bread
This is super quick and easy banana bread recipe that takes advantage of packaged yellow cake mix to make it less dense but still filled with banana flavor. With only 4 ingredients and 4 steps from start to finish, you can have this wonderful treat out of the oven in no time.
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1⅓ cups vegetable oil
4 bananas, mashed (very, very ripe bananas)
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and bananas.
3. Pour mixture into the prepared pan.
4. Bake in preheated 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 40 minutes.
