How to Make Decadent Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge

We feel like marshmallow isn't used enough. Of course we love it in hot chocolate, Rice Krispies treats, and s'mores, but the list doesn't get too much longer from there. So we had to give you a tasty treat that has the fluffy goodness of marshmallow paired with creamy chocolate. This chocolate marshmallow fudge reminds us of fireside s'mores, without the graham cracker. And they're less messy! This recipe calls for only six ingredients and takes very little time to prep. Just be sure to chill this tasty treat in the fridge long enough to get firm. So, grab your ingredients and get ready to make this creamy fudge.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1 (7 1/2 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Combine sugar, evaporated milk, and butter in medium heavy saucepan.

2. Cook until mixtures is softly boiling.

3. Remove from heat and add chocolate morsels, marshmallow cream, and vanilla.

4. Stir until well combined.

There you have it! The most decadent chocolate marshmallow fudge. And if you're so inclined, add nuts, different types of chocolate, or even bits of toffee crumbles to this recipe to make it your own. You might even consider sprinkling some crushed graham crackers on top to give it more of a s'mores-type taste. Take this yummy dessert to your next work function or make as a birthday treat for someone special, but be sure to make extra so your little ones can be rewarded with a sweet treat after dinner.
