Description

This is a delightful fall dessert or breakfast idea. It will fast become your family’s favorite!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 cups peeled and sliced apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, beat eggs, add 2/3 cup oil and 1 tsp. vanilla.
  3. In a separate large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and apples.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix thoroughly.
  5. Put into a greased and floured 9×13 pan.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
  7. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
