  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and white vinegar. Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

  2. Add the garlic powder, turmeric, paprika, and cayenne pepper to the mixture. Stir until the spices are evenly distributed throughout the sauce.

  3. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning according to your preference. Add salt if desired.

  4. Transfer the hot mustard sauce to a serving dish or an airtight container.

  5. Cover the sauce and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Notes

This recipe should yield approximately four servings, with each serving being around one ounce or two tablespoons of hot mustard sauce. Adjust the quantities according to your needs.
