3 large hard cooked eggs
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. Cut eggs lengthwise into halves. Slip out yolks and mash with a fork.
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, and pepper. Add to the mashed egg yolks.
  3. Fill eggs with the yolk mixture, mounding slightly. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
