Tortellini and Broccoli Alfredo

  • 1 (9 ounce) package fresh three-cheese tortellini
  • 1 (12 ounce) package fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 (1.6 ounce) envelope Alfredo sauce mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese


  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; add broccoli during the last 3 minutes of cook time. Drain well.
  2. Prepare sauce mix according to package directions, using milk, butter, and nutmeg.
  3. Combine sauce, pasta, and broccoli; toss well to coat.
  4. Top each serving evenly with cheese.
