
Ingredients:
¾ cup ketchup
¾ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup lemon juice
4 butterflied pork chops
Directions:
1. Combine ketchup, ½ cup water, brown sugar and lemon juice.
2. Place pork chops in a 7x11-inch buttered baking dish.
3. Pour sauce over pork chops.
4. Bake covered at 325°F for 50 minutes.
