Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

2 pounds sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
2 eggs, beaten
2 ounces butter, melted
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup buttermilk
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon nutmeg and cinnamon

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Will be very soupy.

3. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
