3 to 4 pound pork roast
1 1/2 cups cranberries, finely chopped
1/2 cup honey
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1. Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Place roast in crock pot.
2. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over roast.
3. Cover. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Sere with mashed sweet potatoes sprinkled with cinnamon.
