Slow Cooked Meatloaf

 Crock-Pot-Meatloaf-2

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup tomato juice
3 Tablespoons chopped onion
3 Tablespoons chopped bell pepper
3 Tablespoons chopped celery
2 Tablespoons seasoned salt
3 teaspoons thyme
1 cup tomato catsup
1 green pepper (cored and seeded), sliced into rings

 

Directions:

1. Using a fork, mix all the ingredients, except catsup and pepper rings.

2. Shape mixture into a loaf and place into greased crockpot.

3. Top meatloaf with catsup and pepper rings. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, then on low 6 to 8 hours.
