4 cups corn chips (Fritos Scoops work best)
4 cups prepared chili
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 teaspoons chopped onions (optional)
1. Heat chili until warm either in a medium saucepan.
2. Place corn chips in a shallow bowl, pour chili on top.
3. Top with the cheese, and onions if desired. Serves 4.
