The 10 Best Starbucks Drinks Under 100 Calories That I'll Allow My Kids to Drink

If you're a busy parent like me who also happens to love every beverage sold at Starbucks, then there's a chance that your child may come with you during your coffee runs and ask for a beverage of their own. After having my kids beg me for a drink many times, I decided to start a list of the beverages that they could enjoy. Of course, I needed to be careful. Many of the beverages contain massive amounts of caffeine, and others are loaded with calories or sugar. Neither of those is great for kids. Still, I managed to compile this list of tasty Starbucks drinks with under 100 calories.

There are many tasty beverages on this list that people of all ages can enjoy. From the refreshing flavors of iced tea to the classic decaf coffees, there's a lot there to love. Here is a list of 11 drinks that your kids can enjoy and a few tips to consider along the way.
