While there are different ways to barbecue ribs, one of the best ways is to do the traditional 3-2-1 method. You smoke the ribs for 3 hours, cook inside foil for 2 hours, add sauce, and cook for another hour. You do all of this at a temperature of 250 degrees.

You take the meat, put mustard on it, and then add your favorite rub for pulled pork. You put it on the grill at 240 and let it cook until the internal temperature reaches 160. Regarding that temperature, you wrap the pulled pork with foil and then take it out between 205 and 210 degrees. You then let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes.

For brisket, you want to grill it at 240 degrees for 8-10 hours, depending on the weight of the brisket. You want to wait until the internal temperature reaches 190 degrees. You can also add rub and different spices during the barbecue process.
