Crock Pot Pork Roast Recipe

Pork roast is one of the most versatile meats to cook in the crock pot. This recipe has the added sweet flavor of apples and brown sugar.

Pork Roast Crock Pot Recipe


4 lb. pork loin roast
6 apples
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ginger, ground
1/4 cup apple juice


1. Rub pork with salt and pepper, then brown under broiler to remove excess fat.

3. Core apples, then quarter them, place in bottom of crock pot. Place roast on top.

4. Combine brown sugar, apple juice, and ginger. Pour over top of roast.

5. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours until done.
