Sticky Chicken Wings

Chicken wings go beyond the standard buffalo wings with these lip-smackin’ finger-lickin’ good sticky chicken wings. Sweet honey and savory soy sauce make up the base for these amazing chicken wings. Keep extra paper towels (and maybe wet wipes) around, these are a fan favorite.



3 pounds chicken wings
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 Tablespoons ketchup
1 Tablespoon brown sugar (we used dark brown)
1 cup honey
1 garlic clove, minced, to taste
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper



1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Place chicken wings in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, honey, garlic, salt and pepper.

4. Pour this mixture over the chicken, brushing with a basting brush to make sure all the wings are evenly coated.

5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for one hour or until sauce is caramelized. Serves 4.
