Chick-fil-A Releases Its First Vending Machine in Georgia

In 2025, Chick-fil-A remains one of the most beloved fast food chains in the U.S., often celebrated for its tasty menu items and exceptional service. If you're a fan of Chick-fil-A, you know how a craving for the famous chicken and fries can hit out of nowhere — but what if you get your favorite menu items out of a vending machine?

The fast-food chain has rolled out its first vending machine, making it easier than ever for customers to get their favorite items on the go. This machine was released as a test and is located within the Children's Hospital of Georgia in Augusta. Like the restaurant, the vending machine will be closed on Sundays.

A vending machine isn't the only innovation Chick-fil-A has released. On August 7, Chick-fil-A announced in a press release that some new items would be coming to the Chick-fil-A menu this month. This includes some new seasonal drinks, a new sandwich, and a new chip flavor inspired by the tasty Chick-fil-A sauce.

Chick-fil-A fans know how quickly a craving for one of the famous chicken sandwiches or waffle fries can hit. As part of a short test, the company has opened up its first vending machine at the Children's Hospital of Georgia in Augusta, GA.

Only four menu items are currently available through the Chick-fil-A vending machine. This includes the Cool Wrap with Avocado Lime Ranch, Southwest Veggie Wrap with Creamy Salsa, Original Waffle Potato Chips, or the Chick-fil-A Sauce Flavored Waffle Potato Chips.

Since local Chick-fil-A employees are responsible for stocking the vending machine, it's currently closed on Sundays.

The Chick-fil-A vending machine in Augusta is part of a test, but Chick-fil-A has yet to announce whether there will be more machines in the future. In the meantime, Chick-fil-A has added some new menu items, just in time for fall.

Chick-fil-A is releasing a limited-time menu, just in time for fall. While the brand is well-loved and consistently scores high on customer satisfaction surveys, Chick-fil-A is still looking for new ones to surprise guests with new menu items. The new limited-time fall menu includes:

According to Allison Duncan, the director of menu and packaging for Chick-fil-A, "We are always looking for ways to surprise our Guests with new and unique menu offerings, and this year’s fall lineup presents even more opportunities for Guests to customize and make them their own."

The new menu items at Chick-fil-A launched on August 18, nationwide, according to a press release from Chick-fil-A. While the new chips will become a permanent side item on the menu, the other new items will be available for a limited time.

Chick-fil-A fans are no strangers to the many tasty beverages this fast food restaurant offers throughout the year. Although the Cherry Berry drink is a returning favorite, it returned this year with a refreshing remix. Cherry Berry & Sprite will be Chick-fil-A's first seasonal soda. The drink includes a mix of Sprite with cherry, blueberry, and cranberry flavors.

The classic lemonade is one of the most popular drinks at Chick-fil-A, but the chain has also introduced many lemonade flavors over the years. This year, a Cherry Berry Lemonade will be added to the menu. This refreshing drink includes the Classic Chick-fil-A Lemonade mixed with cherry, blueberry, and cranberry flavors.

The only thing better than Chick-fil-A's lemonade on a hot day is the Frosted Lemonade. This tasty frozen treat now has a new twist, with a Cherry Berry Frosted Lemonade added to the seasonal menu in August. This treat is a creamy blend of the vanilla Icedream, Chick-fil-A Lemonade, and Cherry Berry flavors.

If you're a fan of the Sunjoy drinks at Chick-fil-A, there's something on the menu for you, too. You can enjoy your favorite tea and lemonade with a twist of fruity flavor. The Cherry Berry Sunjoy includes a blend of Sweetened Iced Tea, Lemonade, and cherry, blueberry, and cranberry.

Delicious fruity drinks aren't the only new addition to the Chick-fil-A menu. After a test release in Raleigh, N.C., Chick-fil-A added the Pretzel Cheddar Club Sandwich to locations nationwide.

This new sandwich includes your choice of chicken, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, and bacon on a toasted pretzel bun. It's served with a side of Creamy Dijon Mustard Sauce.

Chick-fil-A may be known for its tasty waffle fries, but chips are also an option for your side. The restaurant is releasing two new varieties this fall that will become a permanent addition to the menu. The first is a waffle cut style that's meant to mimic what customers love about the waffle fries.

If you can't get enough of the tangy and slightly sweet Chick-fil-A Sauce, you're in luck. The second new chip option is a Chick-fil-A Sauce Flavored Waffle chip, inspired by the signature Chick-fil-A sauce so many customers love.
