- 2 fully cooked ham steaks cut ½-inch thick (about 2 pounds)
- ⅓ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup honey or molasses
- 4 teaspoons brown sugar
- Remove fat from edges of ham steak with sharp knife.
- Combine orange juice, honey and brown sugar in small bowl.
- Brush on ham.
- Place ham on grill.
- Grill over medium-hot coals until steaks are glazed and heated through, basting often with honey mixture. Serve warm.
