Portobello Chicken Breasts
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
1 cup sliced Portobello mushrooms
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 32 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
1. Brown mushrooms, garlic, and chicken in olive oil.
2. Add spaghetti sauce and cook until the chicken is tender, adding salt to taste.
3. Serve over pasta of your choice.
