1-1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
1/2 cup zesty Italian salad dressing
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
4 potatoes, cubed
2 carrots, sliced (optional)
1. Combine all ingredients in a 3-4 quart crockpot.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until chicken is thoroughly cooked and potatoes (and carrots if using) are tender.
