Creamy Macaroni and Cheese


6 cups macaroni, cooked
2 Tablespoons butter
4 cups evaporated milk
24 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
sliced mushrooms (optional)


1. Toss macaroni with butter in large bowl.

2. Stir in evaporated milk, cheese, salt and pepper. Add mushrooms if using. Place mixture in crockpot.

3. Cover; cook on HIGH 2 to 3 hours.
