Hollywood Diet

The Hollywood Diet consists of drinking only the Hollywood Diet juice for two days. You can lose up to 8 pounds in two days on this diet. The juice is available in stores, or can be made with the following recipes. Each recipe makes enough for two days so be sure to divide it.

Hollywood Diet Recipe One:

1 cup low-fat vanilla soy milk
1 cup orange juice
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup yogurt (plain)
1/4 tsp. wheat-germ oil or 2 tbsp. wheat germ
1/4 tsp. flaxseed oil

Blend all ingredients together , then divide into two portions (each portion is a full day's diet drink). Sip throughout the day, along with plenty of water for 2 days.

Hollywood Diet Recipe Two:

Juice from 8 oranges
Juice from 4 lemons
4 Tablespoons of honey
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
2 apples peeled and sliced
2 cups of grape juice

Blend all ingredients together , then divide into two portions (each portion is a full day's diet drink). Sip throughout the day, along with plenty of water for 2 days.

Stay on the Hollywood Diet for two days only, as this is a juice fast. Be sure to consult your doctor before starting any diet.

KellyM~CMA  - omg...PEOPLE   |2008-09-03 07:12:56 OK, I have tried this diet, and it is very successful, but I have read a few of these comments, and to the ones that are short and weigh less than 115...what they heck are you even thinking about doing a diet like this? Consult a Dr and he will tell you that you are crazy for attempting something like this, just like I am. It is unhealthy for someone in your situation to do a diet like this. If I was your mom...I would have you commited for even thinking about it. Because it is insane for you to even think about doing this diet, or any diet like this. Just eat right and exercise, stay healthy...don't kill yourself. Because you are doing nothing but heading for health complications with your attitude.

One thing that is key about diets is that you can't expect to lose weight if you're not exercising every other day or every day. I, myself, am pretty lazy and I get wiped out after work but I am walking/jogging 40 minutes a day as of yesterday and doing this diet for 3 days with a 2 day break and then i want to do it again for 2 more days. On your breaks if you choose to do this diet more than once, then you cant just binge on junk food and expect to lose weight. Unfortunately you also have to exercise and eat right to maintain the weight after you diet. I am a vegan so I can probably do this a lot easier than some people but I will post my results after 3 days and then after 2.

I've been looking up as much as I can on this diet and thats what I found out. I heard it works though so thats why I'm going to do it. Jackie  - Really Works!   |2008-08-12 20:24:43 I used it with great results for two days, and for the week did some cardio and yoga, then did the diet again on the weekened, and next week did some light weights, and cardio, and just kept alternating. Works great, but you can't stay on it continuously, or it wont work, you need to give yourself a week break in between time, at least.
