Over 1.8 Million Ninja Pressure Cookers Were Recalled. Here's the Full List of Costco Recalls You Should Know About.
Costco is one of the top places for families to shop, but even this beloved store isn't safe from the hassle of recalled products. When it's discovered that something is wrong with a product – whether it's mislabeled or it's unsafe – companies often issue voluntary recalls, letting their customers know there's a defect or problem.
Since May 2025, Costco has issued nearly a dozen different recalls on its products, including items such as dumbbells and Michelin tires. One of the recalls was also a pressure cooker and air fryer from a major brand. Over 1.8 million of these appliances were recalled in the U.S. due to a risk of burn injuries. While Costco does reach out to customers who have purchased the products, the recalls are also announced on the Costco website.
Recalls can be scary for consumers, especially when it comes to unsafe food products or those intended for babies and children. With the widespread nature of news coverage in the modern world, consumers can at least find out about recalls as soon as they're announced.
If you've recently shopped at Costco, there are some recent recalls you should be aware of. In this slideshow, we cover what items were recalled and what to do when you discover you've purchased a recalled product.
What to Do If a Product Is Recalled
If you discover you've purchased one of the recalled products, the first step is to stop using it immediately. The exact steps can vary based on the type of recall, but generally, a full refund is offered by the company. If the product can be repaired, companies may offer a free repair kit instead.
