We've all been there. We're flipping through our recipes, trying to find something to make for dinner. Every recipe we land on just doesn't feel satisfying. Either it's something we just made or something that we're just plain sick of making. That's where this recipe comes into play.
This tater tot tacos recipe is wonderfully unique, but it isn't so out-there that only a sliver of readers will enjoy it. While this recipe is designed for dinner, you can swap out ingredients to make it suitable for breakfast, if you want. Use hot sauce in place of taco seasoning, eggs or sausage in place of beef, and simply take out the olives and lettuce.
This recipe is also very easy and quick to make. Busy nights mean that fast dinners are a necessity. The last thing you want to do after a busy day is spend ages in the kitchen. Or, if you have a function or event to be at, you simply don't have time to cook a huge meal.
Avoid the temptation to just settle for fast food with this recipe. You'll have a delicious dinner on the table in no time at all. It will leave your whole family feeling full and satisfied, whether they're going back out into the world or onto the couch. Enjoy!
