Corn Crisps

Corn Crisps

Ingredients:

1 cup corn meal
1 Tablespoon butter
½ teaspoon salt
7/8 cup boiling water

Makes about 2 dozen

 

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients. Make balls using 1 Tablespoon mixture for each.

2. Place on well greased baking sheet. With moistened fingers, pat into 3 inch rounds.

4. Bake at 400 degrees F, about 30 minutes.
