You Need to Try This Wonderful Apple Fritters Recipe

Have you ever wanted to make your own apple fritters? Now's your chance! This apple fritter recipe is an easy and fun way to make a delicious treat for your entire family. Apple fritters are great any time of the year, but we think they make for a particularly delicious fall treat.

We recommend using Golden Delicious apples in this recipe, but you can use whatever apple variety you want provided it fits with the recipe. Apples designed for sweet treats are ideal; stay away from apples that are overly tart or more neutral in flavor.

Turn this into a family-wide activity by picking the apples you'll be using for this recipe! Apple picking is fun for the whole family, and is a great way to teach your children about the farm-to-table process. If your kids pick their own apples, they'll be more excited about eating them.

We recommend keeping the kids away from this recipe, as it involves hot oil. Older children may be able to help, but young children should absolutely be kept away from hot oil. They do not know how to handle themselves around it, putting them at risk for severe burns. The last thing you want is a trip to the emergency room!
