Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff Recipe
Beef in the crock pot comes out tender and juicy because it slow cooks all day. This recipe for beef stroganoff is easy to make and is absolutely delicious.

Beef Stroganoff Crock Pot Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pounds top round steak, sliced thin across the grain
1 medium onion, sliced
1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
3/4 cup beef broth
3/4 cup dry sherry
1-1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup cake flour
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and add to crock pot.
2. Cook on low for 8 hours.
3. Change setting to high.
4. Mix the sour cream and the flour and heat on high for 40 minutes.
5. Serve over rice or noodles.
