Cheese Rolls
Ingredients:
8 dinner rolls
½ cup butter
¼ lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash cayenne
1 egg white, stiffly beaten
Makes 2 - 4 servings
Directions:
1. Cut rolls in half. Cream butter; add cheese and seasonings.
2. Add egg white. Arrange roll halves on baking sheet.
3. Spread a heaping Tablespoonful of cheese mixture on top of each.
4. Bake in hot oven of 400°F. for 15 minutes, or until puffy.
