Baked English Omelet Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients:

6 beaten eggs
4 slices bacon; cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese — shredded
2/3 cup milk
1 green onion — sliced thinly
1 Tablespoon butter or margarine
1 Tablespoon parmesan
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
more bacon for garnish — optional
Directions:

1. Beat milk into eggs.
Â
2. Stir in seasonings, cheddar, onion and bacon.
Â
3. Melt butter in a 9″ frying pan. Pour egg mixture into pan.
Â
4. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Â
5. Bake at 400'F for 20 minutes or until set and golden.

6. Garnish with additional bacon, if you desire. Serve hot.
