You Need to Try This Amazing Firecracker Steaks Recipe

Having a variety of steak recipes on hand will help keep dinner exciting! A big part of summertime is grilling steaks. Having a family picnic with some delicious steaks is a great way to make lots of memories that will last a lifetime.

This firecracker steak recipe adds some kick to a typical steak. It uses green chilies and garlic for a lot of its flavor, with lemon and lime juice thrown in to really seal the deal. Whether you find this recipe hot or not will depend on your personal spice tolerance.

Remember to keep the milk handy! Water is not a good choice for dealing with spice, and can actually make the burn worse. Milk is the best remedy for a mouth that's been exposed to too much spice. Remember that children tend to have less of a spice tolerance than adults.

This steak recipe needs to marinate for at least several hours, so make sure to take that into account when planning your meals for the week. This recipe isn't the same without a proper marinade, so don't skip out on this step. We hope you enjoy this great recipe!
