Salisbury Steak

Ingredients:

1½ pounds lean ground beef
¾ cup quick cooking oats
¼ cup finely chopped onions
1 large egg, beaten
½ cup tomato juice
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl.

2. Shape into 4 thick oval patties.

3. Place on broiler rack and cook to 160°F turning once.
