  • Hash browns. A morning classic, hash browns are easy for small hands to eat and delicious. They don't work too well by themselves for breakfast, but when paired with a bagel or toast it makes for a complete start to the day.
  • Haddock fish fry. A fish fry is a great way for a kid to eat more seafood, since children tend to be pickier with fish than adults are. Grab some haddock from the store and prepare it as a fish fry. Serve with fries and coleslaw, and you've got a great dinner!
  • Honey-glazed ham. Ham on its own might not be a kid's favorite, but honey-glazed ham is sure to leave them satisfied! The honey will add a nice touch of sweetness; what kid doesn't love sweet food? Honey is also quite healthy, so you can rest assured knowing that you aren't giving your child something bad for their health.
  • Honey and toast. Toast is a great way for your kids to start their day. Putting some honey on is a great way to add flavor, and is a healthier choice than jams or jellies that might have a lot of sugar. It's also great for sick kids, since honey can sooth a sore throat.
  • Hazelnut spread. If you've had Nutella before, then you've had hazelnut spread! You can buy a jar of Nutella from the store or make your own. Either way, hazelnut spread is a yummy addition to toast, cookies, brownies, and pancakes, among other foods. Your kids will love the taste, and you'll love the flexibility!
