Fireman's Firehouse Chili

Ingredients:
3 lbs. ground beef
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
3 Tablespoons chili powder
1 Tablespoon oregano
2 onions, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon cumin
Garlic to taste, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
12 red peppers
4 or 5 chili pods
2 heaping teaspoons flour
Directions:
1. Sauté meat until browned.
2. Combine all ingredients except flour in a heavy pot. simmer 1 hour and 15 minutes.
3. Thicken chili with mixture of flour and a little water. Simmer another 30 minutes.
